POEM COURTESY OF BLOSSOM
Like a baby calf playful and upright,
Amoke captivates me.
She is likened to a two-tailed sparrow
To her beautiful hulk, a big hello.
Since we collided
She has put a smile on my face,
Changing my life.
Whenever I brood, she made me laugh
My days are restless without her
My nights are meaningless in her absence
Trying to keep me aloof from the world
Optimistic she keeps me close
Wish she understands my want.
On her forehead
Vermillion red dot adorned
On my cheek,
She drops kisses repeatedly.
She is a woman of intellect
And I, a bud about to flower
The tendril in her hand tender.
She is a challenge to dudes.
