POEMS WITH RUKENNY
Last night,
I communed with my mind
I went into the archive of its chamber
I sieved and ransacked its memories apart
But I couldn’t find it!
No record of it
The memory that held what I did wrong to you?
And why you chose to leave me
No trace at all!
Your reasons,
I couldn’t lay a finger on.
Was I wrong to have loved you?
I am pained,
Not because you left me.
Neither is it piercing to say
That my pitfalls might have pushed you away
But my heart breaks even more
Because you left
Without a reason
No trail!
Not even a note!
To say what I did wrong
You simply walked out of my life
At the moment I needed you the most.
