Nancy, a 300level student got married to Wale, a Lawyer at the tender age of 24. Before they got engaged, they dated for a couple of months before going to the alter to say “YES I DO”
5 years after their wedding, Wale no longer enjoys the union unlike he does in the past. He comes back late from work and leaves very early.
‘I no longer enjoy my marriage.’ Wale complained to his dear friend Daniel, ‘WHY?’ He asked with a surprised look. ‘My wife,’ he finally opened up. ‘What about her?’ Daniel quickly cut in.
‘She is getting too busty, she complains, she snores, she keeps grudges. Ahhh, gosh, the bed no longer contains just the both of us. And besides, she gets uglier daily, all the figure 8 gone.’ He said with a low tone.
‘Wale please don’t kill me with laughter in this hotel.’ Daniel pleaded still laughing.
‘Alright back to business’, Daniel said with a smile. ‘You know I’m married too, but my wife is just too troublesome. I always avoid her quarrels and complains by hanging out with my girlfriend.’
‘Wow, interesting can you link me up with one?’ Wale begged. ‘Sure what are friends for? Tomorrow morning meet me here by 7:00am.’ Daniel said as they stood to leave.
‘I won’t be coming home tonight sweetheart.’ Wale told his wife, as he dressed up for work. ‘Honey what happened?’ ‘A case was reported to our chambers last week, the woman in question poisoned her husband for cheating. In fact, I’m the lawyer in charge of this case,’ Wale lied with a smile.
‘Just be careful ok,’ she said with a peck.
Immediately Wale got to the hotel the next day, Daniel was already waiting to surprise him with a beautiful lady. They exchange pleasantries as he handed over the lady to him. ‘Enjoy’ Daniel said as he walked out to meet his girlfriend. The receptionist led them to their room where they had fun.
On their way down from the stairs, with both hands around each other’s waist, Anita – Nancy’s friend walked in with her husband to have a drink.
The next day, she quickly rushed to her friend’s house to give her the full gist, she also sent her some pictures as evidence.
